Our imPACT

Dear Friends,

Impact Connections was born from our own struggles—both personal and professional—in navigating broken systems. Temika grew up watching loved ones in foster care struggle without guidance, driving her to become a social worker. CJ, having navigated life’s challenges on his own, later saw firsthand how healthcare prioritizes direct medical care while social barriers like housing, transportation, and financial stability are often overlooked. Through these experiences, we recognized a fundamental issue: people either don’t know what resources exist (Awareness) or can’t access them effectively (Access).

This Awareness vs. Access Challenge became the foundation of Impact Connections. We built this organization not just to connect people with services but to remove barriers and create a path to real, lasting change. We believe that help shouldn’t be hard to find, and no one should have to navigate these challenges alone.

Our imPACT is our promise to you. We will always prioritize people over profit, honor the unique needs of every individual, and commit to building a future where access to support is simple, seamless, and effective.
